I’ve been sent these nappies to review, they are from Japan, although they are shipped from the UK via Amazon
I am not a nappy snob and am happy to try any sort of nappy out, over the years I’ve tried pretty much all the brands plus all the supermarket own brands. I’ve even tried the value supermarket nappies (my advice is don’t, unless you are really, really broke and you’ve saved on absolutely everything else and this is the last thing you need to save on)) I’ve also got a stash of cloth nappies – so I really do feel like a nappy expert! I find that the supermarket brands are all much of a muchness, my favourite at the moment are Tescos, although I won’t make a special trip to get them, I’m happy with any of the nappies. I like to use the cloth ones in the summer, they double up as funky shorts and keep them cool believe it or not, but in the cooler months I go disposable.
So, these nappies are nice and soft, they look comfortable and have stretch and give as he runs about. They haven’t leaked so far! I got the large 9-14kg boy pull up pants, you get 44 nappies in the pack for £22.50 with free delivery. Yes, you read that right! They are a bit on the pricy side, so that may stop you from ordering them. I got them the next day though, so if you need some quick, they might be worth a go if you can’t get to the shops. They also sell separate nappies for girls and boys. They have a cute Winnie the pooh design if that matters to you. They need to change the name if they want to crack the UK market though, as moony means something entirely different in England – maybe that’s what they intended? Either way, I’m happy to put them on my baby’s bottom, but I wouldn’t pay their high price for the privilege.
