How is it Made?

It also was never tested on animals and never will be.
We use the latest nanotechnology to transform and spin jade into small particles into fibers and then weave them into our cool, cozy fabrics. The Jade is evenly dispersed throughout the blanket, giving your body cool comfort from head to toe.

Arc-Chill Cooling Levels
Have you ever heard of Q-Max values? It’s the scientific scale for the thermal sensation of skin touching fabrics. A higher Q-Max value essentially means that there is more heat from the body touching a fabric, creating a cooler feeling fabric.
In essence, the higher the Q-Max value, the cooler the blanket feels against your skin.
We offer five different levels in our Arc-Chill products, outlined below.
Level One: Made up of cotton and other microfibers, the Q-Max value is 0. This means that the fabric is very soft, breathable, and cooling but not as temperature regulating as our other levels.
Level Two: The best way we can describe this level is silky. Level two fabrics have a Q-Max value of .2, making them slightly more cooling than level one. This material is silky, soft, and will slightly cool you.
Level Three: Our medium-cool fabric. This is our natural product with a Q-Max value of .3. We make this fabric out of bamboo fiber, nylon, and mica. Because of its ingredients, this fabric is antibacterial, breathable, and antistatic. The cooling effect is much more apparent.
Level Four: Now we’re getting more frosty! The level four material has a Q-Max value of .4. It’s made from nylon, PE, and mica. Using this antibacterial, antistatic, and odor-blocking material, you can reduce your skins’ temperature by 2-5 degrees Celsius.
Level Five: Our coolest material, perfect for pregnant women who need to sleep better. The Q-Max of this material is .5, and it’s made up of nylon, spandex, and mica. It also has the best of the rest! It’s breathable, antibacterial, antistatic, and odor-blocking.

Arc-Chill material comes in more than just a blanket. We have pillowcases, bedsheets, and more. For ultimate comfort, choose which level of coolness you need most. Many people like to have different Q-Max levels for different parts of their beds!
For example, many people order a blanket with a Q-Max of .5 (level five) and pick out bedsheets closer to level two or three.
