We had a very exciting delivery a couple of weeks ago, of a new trampoline, the perfect size for Daniel. It’s a 6 foot one, from the Early Learning Centre, and it comes with it’s own enclosure. I took one look in the box and saw lots of parts, I’m not going to lie I felt a bit intimidated! The weather has been pretty pants lately, so once we had a break in the grimness I roped in my friend and sister in law to give me a hand. It turns out it wasn’t so bad, and didn’t take us long at all. All the tools and bits and bobs you need are included, although it might help if you have a phillips screwdriver handy instead of the one provided. It can be assembled with one person, but it’s easier with two. Don’t do it on a windy day.
We wanted to let the children do the talking for this one, I’ve still managed to blabber on a bit but I interviewed the children before and after they went on the trampoline. Their happy faces say it all really, and now Daniel sings ‘la la la’ every time he gets on it!
