As you know, I’ve written and spoken about bladder weakness before. I’ve been seen by the local continence service and I’ve been recommended pelvic floor exercises to do three times a day. It’s so hard to be disciplined though! There are apps to set reminders, and all sorts of gadgets. It’s one of those gadgets I’m going to show you today. Perifit is the number one kegel exerciser on the market at the moment. It looks a bit like a sex toy, but it is very effective. Compared to the Elvie, which I also have – it stays in much better, and playing the games (which you play with your vagina) makes it much more interesting and I’m more likely to use it. It runs on a lifelong battery and works via bluetooth to connect to an app on your phone. You can either play games with it or use another of their visuals.
