As you know, I’ve written and spoken about bladder weakness before. I’ve been seen by the local continence service and I’ve been recommended pelvic floor exercises to do three times a day. Perifit is the number one kegel exerciser on the market at the moment. It looks a bit like a sex toy, but it is very effective. Compared to the Elvie, which I also have – it stays in much better, and playing the games (which you play with your vagina) makes it much more interesting and I’m more likely to use it. It runs on a lifelong battery and works via bluetooth to connect to an app on your phone. You can either play games with it or use another of their visuals.

Hello, what is the mecanism of action? Does it use bateries? O what kind of energy? I am interested but i have a neuromodulator and have to be carful.
December 11, 2022 at 2:05 amIt has a battery and uses bluetooth, it should be ok with your device but needs to be kept 15cm away from any implants. See the perifit website for more info
