It turns out it makes more than coffee! Who knew, you can also make tea, hot chocolate and more with this nespresso compatible coffee capsule and pod machine. My children love a hot chocolate, but once I’ve heated the milk etc, they often have 2 sips and leave it, so to be able to make it at the touch of a button, bliss- you can even get sugar free ones, especially for the children! I also discovered that you can get tea pods of various descriptions, including herbal teas.
Using the Von Shef Coffee Pod Machine
You simply lift up the silver panel on top of the machine and place a nespresso compatible pod into the compartment and lower the lid. When you switch the machine on at the back the little coffee cup at the front lights up in red. It turns green in a matter of seconds and off you go – just press the button and your coffee will soon be ready. I also discovered by accident that even without a pod you can get instant hot water, so if you have tea bags you can get a fast cup of tea! The water jug at the back has a 1L capacity. This machine does really well compared to a lot of the other options on the market.

I use a Rocket that’s just too big, bulky, and expensive for my in-laws to care for, so I think this Von Shef maker will do the job just fine! Thanks for sharing! 🙂
