Many of you know about my home renovations and love of all things interior. I’m a home body at heart and having children has given me the perfect excuse to stay home more. I’m not a big fan of Summer (apart from holidays and travel) and prefer cosy nights in. Did you know I’m now part of the Wayfair home expert panel? You may have seen my first feature I did for them, my spring planter makeover. It now has mint flourishing in there and looks great in the garden. I’ve chosen a few of my favourite items from their current range, a wish list and shopping list all in one. It was quite hard to narrow it down because they have such a huge range to choose from. Edinburgh Armchair We have a rather tired old floral wingback chair which my husband loves but I hate! I’d love to replace it with something more stylish like this Edinburgh Armchair in Steel. It’s dark and moody (a bit like him) and wouldn’t show the dirt easily! |
Lemaire Wardrobe yes, I have delusions of grandeur with this wardrobe, but why not? I’ve always wanted to feel like I’m in a French country Chateau, and with this I possibly could. |

Tam-Tam European Single Bunk Bed We have 3 children in a 3-bedroom house so we can’t avoid sharing. A bunk bed is essential, and I love the way this one has shelving built in so that they can house their books and bits and pieces. The only thing is I know there’d be an argument about who gets top bunk! |
Karine Pom Blanket I love a snuggle up with a blanket, and I have a thing about pom poms, this throw is so soft and tactile I could sit snuggled up all day. I may even share… probably. |
Ferrara Plastic Storage Bench Turning my attention to the garden, this bench kills 3 birds with one stone: it looks smart and a bit different, it functions as a bench and also has storage built in. I could put all the random toy balls in there! |
We’re almost at the stage of buying furniture and finishing touches for our dining room, in fact I really must go and finish the painting… until next time,
