I adore Joe Browns clothes and accessories, they’re so different, when I first saw their catalogue I remember thinking – These are so me! I love the way they’re not afraid of colour, patterns and being unique. I’m taking part in their #JBColourful campaign this spring (2016) and I got to choose an item from their new range. I chose this dress/tunic which I thought was just right for spring and would be practical with my lot and their messy ways.
The denim is lightweight, and easy to move in, I wear it with a red top which picks out the flower detail, leggings and either boots, clogs or when the time is right, flip flops or sandals!

Try teaming it with a colourful top, like this from Dorothy Perkins
Accessories are everything, I love my little red suede bag with the heavy buckle snap, it completes the look perfectly. If I could get a new bag to go with the dress, this one from Enrico Benetti is great, lots of pockets for storing those essential family items, plus it can go across the body to stay secure.
I had great fun doing the colourful pictures, we went to visit Wisley RHS Gardens over Easter and there were lots of colourful plants which inspired me for the photoshoot.
