I like to stick to green and ethical brands where possible, so when Lifesequence got in touch about their baby boxes, I agreed to review them because I loved the ethos of the brand. They are a brand new company launching in May 2021. Their baby boxes come in either 0-6 months or 1-2 years. The entire products are guaranteed to be 25% cheaper than buying all the items separately, so a £200 box is worth £267+. Plus, all the products are sourced from green and ethical suppliers, which means their items are sourced from eco-friendly brands passionate about reducing the impact of consumer choices on the planet. Their suppliers operate responsibly and transparently so you can buy in confidence, with each product being hand chosen.

The boxes themselves have a luxury feel, whilst remaining recyclable. It is a large cream coloured box tied with a ribbon of the same colour and their logo on the top. You then undo the ribbon and lift open the lid to reveal the contents. Inside, you will find the items nestled inside.

Inside the box you will get up to six items made by green and ethical companies. The box will include beautifully presented items such as organic creams/oils, ethically made soft toys, and eco friendly luxury blankets with a guaranteed minimum retail value of £267. Let me show you what was inside my box. If you’d like to see the unboxing video I made, here is the link to the Tiktok I made:

If video isn’t your thing, here are the photos.

Inside my box I received:

Woodland clutch ball from wee gallery, this is a really soft, textured ball about half the size of a football. The high contrast graphics are designed to grab baby’s attention visually, whilst the textures provide sensory stimulation. The geometric shape allows many places for the baby to grip and its wedges prevent it from rolling too far when thrown. Made from organic fabrics.

Dribble or feeding bibs x three from Pure & Dimple. They are made from 100% organic, bleach free and undyed cotton. They have three different colours stitched around the edges.

Panda flippy friend from wee gallery. The panda toy comes in its own carry bag, it’s made from organic cotton and made in India. I love the flippy book and toy idea.

Organic snuggle blanket from wee gallery. We got the bear design in black and white, and it’s really soft and snuggly.

Little herbs baby balm and baby oil. A good baby oil will last you forever, because you will use such small amounts. It’s great for baby massage, using on dry skin and cradle cap. The baby balm will come in handy for nappy rash and has all natural ingredients.

Each item is really lovely and not like other things you see in the shops. It’s a really great gift idea for that special someone, perhaps for their baby shower or for when the baby is born and you want to treat them to something special. I really like that all the items would suit both genders, but they are not pastel colours, beige or lemon. They feel really current and would fit into a modern nursery. To order, you will need to register your details on the Life sequence website, then choose from the 0-6 month box or the 1-2 years box.
