Working out with Hey Workout

Working out with Hey Workout

Hello Everyone!

As you may know,  I’m feeling a little heavier than I’d like and despite embracing my curves, I would like to tone up and slim down a bit. People are moving away from the traditional gym membership now towards more achievable ways of reaching their goals,  myself included.  The team at Hey Workout offer online Yoga and fitness classes (typically HIIT) where you can join in live with the instructor and receive feedback via your webcam (only the instructer sees you). They have a free trial so you can see how it works, and they’re giving you the chance to try it for an extended 14 day free trial instead of 7. You can also enter my giveaway to win a free month long membership. I’m keen to try it out over the next couple of weeks,  I’m particularly interested in the morning Yoga session and HIIT training. It’s easier than having to go out running or to the gym and I can also do it from recorded classes so I’m not bound to a certain time. The live classes help you by providing live feedback.

This is amazing! I do manage to get to the gym a lot, but when work gets in the way I struggle to find motivation at home. This sounds like just the boost I need!

I use my gym membership to take my children swimming but I never get round to using the gym myself.

at the moment i dont have time to go to the gym, having 6 children under 11, it would just be too much, but i do love the couple of hours in the morning and evening i spend working out at home while the kids are in bed, would love to try something new though

I need motivation, trying to build my business so I feel like all my time is taken up.

I was going to have a gym membership but that very question of whether i’d actually use it played on my mind!
