There are so many board games around, when I was a kid I’m sure we only had a few. More and more come out each year hoping to be the next big thing. I don’t think this one will be, but I was very happy to give it a try. It’s called Bellz, and it does have the jingle factor.
What’s included in Bellz
You get a magnetic wand, a load of bells (or bellz), a carry pouch that’s also the playing board and instructions.

How to Play
The bells are all colour coded and the magnetic wand has a stronger end and a weaker end. Each player chooses a colour to aim for, then you try and pick up your colour bell. You are allowed to get a continuous line of bells of your colour so you can collect more than one. If you grab one that isn’t your colour it’s the next person’s go. The winner is the first person to collect all their colours.

Any limitations?
It’s really hard! Unless the bells are really spread out, which is difficult with the way the mat is, then it’s really difficult to just pick up one colour bell. If you group them in colours it’s easier. The bells can easily get lost.
What we liked
It’s compact, and folds up all within the pouch making it a good travel game. It’s bright and colourful. It’s aged 6 plus, don’t play with a toddler around like we did!

We were gifted the Bellz! game but it in no way affected this post
