Hello Everyone!
I have fond memories of going to Blackpool as a child, all I remember is it being cold and rainy, running about in some sort of soft play centre and eating chip butties like they were some sort of foreign food (I’m from The South). I’m collaborating with Travelodge, they have some great hotel deals, and it’s inspired me to make a list of the things I’d like to tick off my ‘Bucket list.’ I’ve also designed a printable list to take with me when I go again, this time as a Mum with my children, and hopefully with better weather! It’s yours too if you want it. I don’t know if I’ll manage it all, but it’s given me some great ideas.
At Blackpool Tower:
- The Blackpool tower eye and 4D cinema experience
- Attend a tea dance at the Tower Ballroom
- The Blackpool Tower Dungeon Show
- The Blackpool Tower Circus
- Jungle Jims (for the little ones)
- Ride on the Blackpool Tramway
- Visit Blackpool Zoo
- Ride The Big One at Blackpool Pleasure Beach

- Visit Nickelodeon Land at Blackpool Pleasure Beach
- Visit Blackpool model village
- Go round Abingdon Street Market
- Visit Stanley Park
- Eat a Chip Butty (chip sandwich, trust me it’s nice) at Cj’s Café
- Visit the Grundy Art Gallery
- Take in a show at the Winter Gardens
- Play on the amusements

- Paddle in the sea
- Draw shapes in the sand

Have you got any favourite things to do in Blackpool for a seaside break? Let me know!

We visited family there last year, my little one loved Blackpool zoo, but we didn’t get to see much else unfortunately. I shall remember this post if we should ever go again x
