Nominate your hero and Win in the PAW Patrol Little Heroes Paw Awards 2019

Sharing is caring!

Daniel still loves paw patrol so much, it’s pretty much the only thing he’ll watch, unless his brother is making him watch teen titans. The latest Paw Patrol toys to hit the shelves are Chase’s ride and rescue toy and the ultimate construction truck for Rubble and the whole gang. Did you know there is an award for your own little hero or one you know: The PAW patrol little heroes paw awards 2019.

Anyone can enter for one of the eight awards, which champion our little ones who deserve to be recognised for being like their hero pups and touching the lives of others.

Whether they have shown strength or courage, kindness or loyalty, have made a difference or shown leadership skills and wisdom beyond their years – the paw patrol want to know about it. Maybe they are unusually helpful, particularly kind to animals, or have another attribute that you think should be shared, the PAW Awards are here to celebrate our children’s real-life stories.

The winners will be chosen by a panel of judges, and will be invited to attend a luxury VIP weekend in London in order to attend the awards ceremony on Saturday October 12th 2019.

The awards will take place at the Park Plaza Westminster Bridge, London.  All the award winners and their families will be invited to enjoy a luxurious VIP weekend staying in a family Studio (2 adults and 2 children under 12) from Friday 11th until Sunday 13th October.  Breakfast is included and each family will receive £200 spending money! What an amazing prize.

Each winner will also receive an award keepsake – plus a bundle of the latest PAW Patrol toys including the Mighty Pups characters. We test drove the ride and rescue chase set and the ultimate truck rescue, you can see our review below.

How to enter and nominate your hero

If you know or have a little hero in your life who is between the ages of 3-10 years and you would like to nominate them, you can enter the Awards by visiting and sharing why this little one deserves to be one of the PAW Patrol LittleHeroes of 2019.  If you are nominating someone else’s child, we ask that you seek permission of the child’s parent first.

About the prize weekend

The special awards tea, generously hosted by the Park Plaza Westminster Bridge, London, takes place in the afternoon of the 12th October in one of the hotel’s grand function suites.  High tea will be served before the presentation ceremony, which will be carried out with the help of the PAW Patrol characters and special guests.

About the Toys you could win

There is the standard struggle to get them out of the box, scissors are needed at the ready. Most of the packaging is recyclable. We tried out Chase’s ride and rescue first, it’s a chase patrol car which comes with it’s own Chase figure, plus a cat and a rabbit to rescue.

The car opens out to provide a rescue scene. It’s really clever because it includes Ryder’s lookout in one area, plus a box where you put the rabbit in. You get Chase to press the carrot button and rescue the rabbit. The cat goes in the balloons up the tree. It’s a bit fiddly to get the balloons to stay up, but once we figured out the knack it was easy. There is a fold out weapon shooter where you have two green things to shoot the balloons down and rescue the cat. Quick, the gophers are stuck under a tree, pull it back to set them free! Then the cat and rabbit can go in the car back to base.

This set has been a real hit, not just with Daniel (who’s 4) but also with Phoebe who is 8. She loves the imaginary play side, as does Daniel. I’ve left it out in the living room for now and it’s lovely to see them both play with it, it’s so much more than just a car.

The next toy we looked at was the ultimate construction truck. There’s room for all the pups, plus a wrecking ball and a digger. There’s a little truck that fits on and off the truck and fits in one character. It comes with a Rubble character figure, we have all the others already. Die hard paw patrol fan. Dare I say it I will miss those pups when he grows up!

This little truck can attach to the main truck

We have quite a few paw patrol sets now, I must say the ride and rescue is my favourite. Yes they are plastic toys, but they are durable and will be used many times. Then they will be passed on many times, so they will get a lot of use. Here are the links for you, the ride and rescue can be either Chase or Marshall and costs around £18.99, Ultimate construction is around £34.99:
