When your boobs are on the larger side like mine, it can put you off taking part in high-impact sports or exercise because you know your assets just aren’t going to be supported. I’ve tried many a sports bra that was too tight, uncomfortable, or just not supportive enough. I have been really pleasantly surprised by the quality and fit with Yvette, maybe I just struck lucky with the sizing but it is really good quality. I went for a size 2XL which is a UK size 16 and they fit great. I would say measure yourself carefully and use the size guide that they have for the best fit. If it comes and it isn’t quite right, try the next size up or down. All the bras I got were the same sizing, so once you find your size you will be able to confidently order different designs and you will know that they will fit. You could always order in a couple of sizes and then use their easy return service to send back the items that don’t fit.

I really like the zip fronted sports bra they do, they are so easy to get on and off, I always used to hate it when you’re really sweaty after a workout trying to wrestle off a tight sports bra, or when it’s hot trying to get it on in the middle of the changing room.
Take your time to get the right size for you, when you try it on do a range of movements and jump up and down! The better fit you can get the better you will feel during exercise. The back needs to be supportive too, I really like this black one with zip front, the design is something different than the normal and it gives me the confidence to wear it without a T shirt on, especially in the summer. It’s called the Enfold zip front padded running bra, although it says padded, I didn’t feel like there was much padding, by that I mean I didn’t feel like my boobs weren’t mine and that I had added bulk.
The leggings were the next star for me, they feel like they hold all my wobbly bits in and give me the confidence to workout comfortably. They have a breathable mesh at the top to keep cool and pockets for your phone. I went for black because they go with everything. They are called high waist sculpting gym leggings.
