40 Ideas to keep kids aged 5-10 entertained during the lockdown

Yes, we’re at that stage. I am hearing the words ‘I’m bored’ quite a lot now. Despite having made this list, and going through the entire list with my 10-year-old and him declining everything on it, I’m still recommending it to you so that your children can reject it too. They did really enjoy the scavenger hunts, that used up about half an hour, and they even tidied the stuff away afterwards and I got to stay sitting down. I’m calling that a win.

I’ve listed the activities below plus the indoor and outdoor scavenger hunt suggestions. Enjoy, and I wish you strength, endurance and peace for these tough times.

Things to do in Lockdown for ages 5 – 10
